So it has been over 4 months now of me recording one sample per day for my new musical project. Let me tell you: shit is hard. I had to cheat 4 or 5 times now (not that you will ever notice, hah) and it is still only 1/3rd of all sounds to collect.
Also it now starts to be clear for me how much work it will be to collect all this audio together. I tried to make some preliminary sound combinations but I immediately delete them, because how can I know if I will not record a sample B in 3 months' time that will suit the sound A better than what I used just now.
Do not worry, I shall not give up.
In the meantime, the new album is almost ready and it should see the light of day around early May.
It will be named "Toothless in Deerland" and contain, among others:
Birds, tractors, baby, rattle, squeeze toy, coughing, footsteps, people talking, garage door rattling, bell, music box, guitar, scrap, tin cans, snoring, old casio tape, machine guns, reeds, crunching branches, water well, buzzing electric appliances.
